Laila Rose is the Office Manager at Drury Roofing and has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry.
Her career began at Lowe’s, where she discovered a passion for installed sales and construction services before transitioning fully into the industry.
Laila finds the most rewarding part of her job is helping customers create homes they truly love. She plays an important role in supporting projects from start to finish with care and organization. Outside of work, she is a competitive horseback rider and has been riding since childhood.
Harold Peterson has dedicated over five decades to the roofing industry, starting as a sheet metal mechanic and working his way up through leadership. He purchased Drury Roofing in 2000 and has continued building its reputation for excellence and professionalism.
Harold enjoys working closely with customers and finding solutions to their roofing concerns. He values the strong relationships built with both vendors and competitors throughout his career. Outside of work, he enjoys racing, fishing, hunting, and spending time on his ranch.
Hill grew up in Southwest Austin and began working in roofing during high school in the late 80s and early 90s. After attending The University of Texas at Austin, he built experience in building supply and apartment reconstruction before returning to roofing, where he has remained for more than 30 years.
His goal has always been to serve customers with honest guidance so they receive the most practical and cost-effective solution for their situation.Outside of work, Hill enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and watching college sports. He lives by the belief that great leaders serve others, and he will never turn down a good Tex-Mex meal.
Joel Martinez has been with Drury Roofing for six years and has worked in roofing since he was 15 years old. He brings hands-on expertise across a wide range of roofing systems, including shingles, TPO, metal, and modified materials. Joel enjoys continuing to learn through industry conferences and seminars, helping Drury stay up to date with new products and techniques.
He takes pride in being part of the Drury team and delivering quality repairs for customers. Outside of work, he enjoys the gym, sports, and horse racing.
Lalo Martinez has been with Drury Roofing for 15 years and brings more than 30 years of roofing experience to the field. As a supervisor, he approaches every job with pride, treating each project as if it were his own home.
Lalo is passionate about delivering high-quality work and enjoys seeing the satisfaction of customers once a job is complete. He is known for his strong work ethic and dedication to the Drury team. Outside of work, he enjoys owning race horses and playing pool.
